By accessing or using SlideIn ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SlideIn provides automated direct message (DM) tools for Instagram business accounts. The Service allows users to create campaigns that automatically send DMs based on specific triggers such as comments, story mentions, or keywords.

3. Account Registration

To use SlideIn, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Have a valid Instagram Business or Creator account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use SlideIn to:

• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Violate Instagram's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
• Send illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive content
• Collect or harvest user data without consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

5. Instagram Platform Compliance

SlideIn operates within Instagram's official APIs and guidelines. You acknowledge that:

• You must comply with Instagram's Platform Policy
• Rate limits apply to automated messages
• Instagram may change their API at any time, affecting Service functionality
• Your Instagram account may be suspended for policy violations

6. Payment and Billing

Certain features of SlideIn may require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

7. Limitation of Liability

SlideIn is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
